About Us

December 2002, Le Luxe opened its first outlet in a standing alone building in South Jakarta. The main concept of our boutique cake is to provide high quality products with best taste. To name boutique cake, differentiate our products from others at regular cake shops.

As part of growing and learning to serve better, we test our products to compete in the market. Le Luxe enters chocolate expo competition in 2003 to measure our standard quality. The competitors at the chocolate expo competition mostly about 95% are from 5 star hotels.

Le Luxe won silver medal in French pastry category. Unsatisfied with the outcome, we keep learning to grow and to improve our products. Two years later, we won silver medal for chocolate cake category.

It didn’t stop us there, we tried again to be our best, then we finally won the gold award in chocolate cake category, it’s our most satisfying achievement to compete with 5 star hotels and won the gold award.

We are well known for “not too sweet cake”, meaning we use less sugar and fattening ingredients. Our cakes are moist and light textures with mouth watering sensation.

Our customers varied from individuals, café owner, privates and government institution. We cater for small and big parties. We do program with banks for birthday cake delivery as well we do program with women and wedding magazines as part of promotion, and we also have some program with 5 star hotels for the wedding cake.
